Key Account Manager - LG Electronics UKThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the Home Entertainment (HE) Sales Independent Team as a Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for selling LG’s TV and Audio products into distribution, identifying opportunities for direct-to-consumer sales, corporate businesses, and established LG partnerships, and formulating and agreeing product and promotional business plans.
OverviewAs a Key Account Manager, you will provide accurate forecasting, negotiate range pricing and promotion opportunities, develop effective relationships with customers and internal teams, and ensure sales forecasts and targets are achieved.
Role & Responsibilities- Formulate and agree Joint Business Plans aligned to internal targets and KPIs, and monitor/report them with distributors and commercial partners.
- Plan account activities including effective trade marketing, services, promotional plans, and sales incentives.
- Develop effective customer contacts across all relevant functions – commercial, buying, supply chain, and operations.
- Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account and implement them according to company guidelines.
- Monitor the customer through accurate forecasting Making sales in/out information, ούτε budgetary control, and general cost management.
- Work with Demand Planning and Sales Admin to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure sales forecasts and targets are achieved.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of all LG product ranges, features, and benefits.
- Stay aware of market and competitor activity, customer trends, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and report all aspects of business to the Channel Head/Sales Director and other relevant departments.
- Degree level education desirable.
- Proven track record in distribution and business development.
- Commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives.
- Experience in a performance‑management environment – KPIs and SLAs.
- Flexible, with a customer‑focused approach to targets and service.
- Highly focused, capable of sustaining a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- A self‑starter,Bearer independent and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Completion mindset – resilient in driving issues to a customer‑focused solution.
- Good judgement – able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope.
- Comfortable generating operational ideas and implementing action plans.
37.5 hours per week; flexibility required to fulfil role and responsibilities.
