Business Development Manager, Midlands (New & Existing Skincare Business)

What you’ll do
  • Prospect for new account partnerships and maintain strong client relationships in the Midlands to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Increase revenue from existing partners and support onboarding of new brands within Dermapure Clinical portfolio.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from identifying prospects, initial contact, appointments, to securing new accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing accounts and introduce new brands.
  • Attend industry events and training seminars.
  • Meet and deliver sales targets set by Regional Sales Managers; manage time efficiently and plan daily/weekly activities.
  • Represent all Dermapure Clinical brands professionally; formulate sales proposals and presentations.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and training to individuals or audiences, including executives; mentor colleagues as needed.
  • Manage customer queries and overcome barriers to close deals and contracts; present monthly sales figures and insights.
  • Build loyal relationships with clients and team members; manage CRM with current data; collaborate with marketing to improve brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    Not essential; senior Therapist or Clinic Manager looking to move into field; self-driven with a passion for skin, sales, and diary control.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings as required.
  • Full-time;
    Monday to Friday.
