Door to Door Sales – Byfleet (OTE £50K)

Location: Byfleet, Guildford (within a 30‑minute drive)

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Field Sales Manager

Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week

Base Salary: From £25,000 per annum (DOE)

Commission: Uncapped monthly commission – realistic OTE £50,000

Car Allowance: £250 per month

Business travel: Paid

• Engage in door‑to‑door sales, championing You Fibre’s competitive packages to residents.
• Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through conversion.
• Work closely with your line manager in designated areas to showcase the benefits of You Fibre and its services.
• Build meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.

• Reside within a 30‑minute drive of the job location.
• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Full training is provided to new hires. This role suits sales representatives, retail managers, and others who are outgoing and love talking to people.

For safety you will have a lone‑worker app installed on a company iPad, keeping you in contact with your line manager.

• £25k–£28k (DOE) base salary.
