We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team. This position is suitable for either:

• An experienced landscaper / gardener, or
• A keen individual willing to learn and build a long-term career in landscaping and garden maintenance.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• General garden maintenance (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding, pruning)
• Seasonal garden care and tidy-ups
• Planting and soil preparation
• Assisting with hard landscaping projects (patios, sleeper walls, raised beds, fencing, turfing)
• Groundworks and garden construction support
• Safe use of hand tools and machinery
• Driving company vehicles to and from sites
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and professional work areas
• Working as part of a team and occasionally independently
• Communicating professionally with clients on site

• Clean UK driving licence
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
• Experience with paving, blockwork, sleepers, or planting
• Use of gardening or landscaping machinery (training provided)
