Hedin Automotive – Mercedes-Benz. Join Our Team as a Marketing Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklands.

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive to support and deliver activity across our digital presence and end-to-end marketing campaigns. This is a broad, impactful role focused on execution, perfect for someone who enjoys turning plans into measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for helping deliver, maintain, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support our Retailers.

This role suits someone who’s commercially minded, data‑led, creatively curious, and confident juggling multiple projects while keeping campaigns on track and aligned with approved plans.

You will spend your time on the following:

Digital Marketing & Web
  • Support day‑to‑day management of digital channels including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create, edit, and proof‑read engaging content for websites, social posts, email campaigns, and digital advertising, ensuring consistency with brand voice and CI guidelines.
  • Update website content and structure, working to improve SEO performance through keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Help deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns as planned by the Marketing Manager, aligned to business objectives, using a mix of digital, social, email, content and web.
  • Assist with the management of campaign timelines, priorities, and stakeholders to ensure delivery is on time and on brand.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, optimise activity, and feed insights back into future campaigns.
Social Media
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms, maintaining an engaging and consistent brand presence.
  • Actively monitor channels, respond to comments and enquiries
  • Keep up with platform trends and provide feedback to improve social activity.
PPC
  • Support the management of PPC activity with Hedin Mobility Group, including briefing, monitoring results, and ensuring campaigns follow agreed guidelines.
  • Track PPC performance and provide regular updates.
CRM & Data
  • Segment and extract customer data from CRM systems to support targeted campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance and data best practice
  • Assist in producing reports to highlight trends, performance, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Brand Governance
  • Work closely with internal teams, retailers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure consistent messaging and joined‑up execution.
  • Maintain strong awareness of brand models, competitor activity, and industry regulations, ensuring all activity remains compliant and on brand.
What we are looking for......
  • Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing and editing skills to create compelling and persuasive marketing content across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation, proof‑reading, and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in utilising various digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, SEO, PPC advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must, and familiarity with CRM software packages (e.g. Dot Digital), Adobe Creative Cloud, various Google Business tools, and basic HTML is advantageous.
