Care Supervisor – Campbell House (Weybridge, Surrey)

Our team at the prestigious Campbell House development is looking for a professional Care Supervisor to join us. Built in 2020, Campbell House is a Retirement Living Plus development consisting of 43 apartments designed for residents aged 70 and over. It offers excellent on‑site facilities and set within beautiful grounds.

About the Role

We are seeking a high‑quality Care Supervisor to exemplify the customer standards our brand is renowned for. In this position you will support the management and smooth running of a thriving community of active and independent older people, ensuring they enjoy their best lives in elegant private apartments with peace of mind that help is always on hand.

Hours & Pay

• Pay: £16.78 per hour for day shifts and £13.03 per hour for sleeping night shifts.

• An extra £1 is added for each hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

• Total hours: 33 per week (includes day and sleeping night shifts).

• Day shifts: 08:45‑16:30 or 16:15‑09:30.

• Night shifts: 21:30‑09:00.

• Care Supervisors rest between 23:00‑07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.

What We’re Looking For (Key Requirements)
  • You are a warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
  • You want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification; consideration will also be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Keenness to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
  • Able to co‑ordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
  • Driven to continue to grow your skills, leading by example and thinking on your feet.
  • Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
