Management Accountant

NHB Recruitment are working alongside this growing, well-established recruitment business in their search for a commercially focused Management Accountant to play a key role in shaping financial visibility and decision-making.

This is a hands‑on position with real influence. You’ll own monthly management reporting, forecasting, and cash flow, working closely with senior leadership to deliver clear, actionable financial insight.

• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis
• Prepare board‑ready financial packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs)
• Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
• Support budgeting and scenario planning
• Improve credit control and working capital performance
• Prepare VAT returns and support year‑end audit processes
• Strengthen financial controls and improve finance processes

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience producing management accounts
• Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicating with non‑finance stakeholders
• Experience of working within the recruitment sector would be advantageous
