NHB Recruitment are working alongside this growing, well-established recruitment business in their search for a commercially focused Management Accountant to play a key role in shaping financial visibility and decision-making.
The RoleThis is a hands‑on position with real influence. You’ll own monthly management reporting, forecasting, and cash flow, working closely with senior leadership to deliver clear, actionable financial insight.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis
- Prepare board‑ready financial packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs)
- Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Support budgeting and scenario planning
- Improve credit control and working capital performance
- Prepare VAT returns and support year‑end audit processes
- Strengthen financial controls and improve finance processes
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicating with non‑finance stakeholders
- Experience of working within the recruitment sector would be advantageous
