Finance Assistant

Overview

This temporary Finance Assistant position in Weybridge offers an excellent opportunity to support the Finance department within the Not For Profit sector. You will assist with financial processes and ensure accuracy in handling financial records.

• Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Respond to queries related to financial data and processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of financial information.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

A salary of up to £30,000 + hybrid.
