Excellent benefits package We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our finance team based in Chichester. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Production of year-end statutory accounts and audit liaison Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Cash flow monitoring and reporting Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Ad hoc financial analysis and project work About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience Strong technical accounting knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven
