Direct Tax Manager Oxford | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Permanent We're working with a progressive, high-growth business operating at the forefront of their sector to recruit a Direct Tax Manager for their expanding tax team. Headquartered in Oxford with a global footprint, this is a senior, hands-on role offering broad exposure across an international group and the chance to influence and improve tax processes as the business scales. Reporting to the Tax Director, you'll take ownership of global corporate tax compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of UK and overseas corporate tax compliance (outsourced), including review of returns and deadlines Managing aspects of group tax reporting at year-end and interim Ownership of transfer pricing compliance Involvement in technical areas such as R&D tax credits and ad-hoc tax projects Driving process improvements and efficiency within the tax function About You Qualified accountant or tax specialist (ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent Strong tax accounting knowledge and attention to detail Commercial, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with solid Excel skills Why Apply?
