Interim Financial Accountant Salary: £175 - 200 per day

• Manage the end-to-end SAP accounts payable process for assigned legal entities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Oversee day-to-day management of legal entity bank accounts, processing payments and employee expenses with precision and care.
• Enter journal data accurately for assets, liabilities, and expenses, verifying documentation to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Conduct weekly cash forecasting and monitoring activities to ensure effective cash flow management across multiple entities.
• Maintain balance sheet accounts by preparing reconciliations, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring management accounts reflect true financial positions.
• Provide timely information and support to other internal departments as well as external auditors when required, facilitating smooth audits and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Assist with resolving accounting discrepancies through careful analysis and problem-solving skills, contributing to overall financial accuracy.
• Support the finance team in meeting critical deadlines by managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

• AAT qualification or equivalent is required for this position, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in accounting principles.
• Experience working within a multinational business environment is essential for understanding complex financial structures.
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary for managing data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with accounting software is important; experience with SAP is highly desirable for seamless integration into existing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensures that all financial transactions are recorded accurately without errors.
