Up to £29,000 depending on skills and experience

40 hours per week

As a Clean Team Leader at our club, we’ll expect you to organize your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, experience of working in a customer-facing environment which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers. You have previously managed or led teams;

previous cleaning/facility management experience and knowledge is desirable. You’ll be able to work individually and as part of a team, well organized with good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs.

• Supervise a team of cleaners

• Coordinate with the Site management team

• Ensure the team have areas of responsibility, are following policies and procedures, and creating a clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.

• Guarantee that cleaning products are used effectively, with instructions as well as health and safety procedures followed at all times.

• Order stock when required as advised by team and individual awareness

• Update records via the computer as required.

• Be the point of contact for the reporting of problems within the work areas or equipment and liaising with the management team to advise

• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment which will come in handy when interacting with colleagues and customers.

• Experience of leading or managing teams (desirable).

• Previous cleaning/facility management experience and knowledge (desirable).

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team, be well organized with good time management, and prioritise and plan around customer needs.
