Do you have a background in Audio or Sound equipment? Are you looking to step up to a Supervisor position for a world‑class audio rental company known for excellent progression pathways, the opportunity to assist in global events, tours and festivals, and work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment?

This market‑leading audio rental company provides audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and a range of festivals in the summer such as Glastonbury. With 45 years of experience and recent acquisition by a global audio company, it now employs over 150 people.

• Oversee the flow of equipment inbound and outbound, reporting to the Head of Department.
• Manage a small team, ensuring agreed SLAs and high‑quality organisation and distribution of equipment.
• Supervise the build, derigging, and logging of damages for sound racks.
• Oversee equipment logistics and departmental distribution, ensuring sufficient space and manpower.
• Report damages and maintain accurate records.

• 35 hours per week (flexible days, 5 days out of
  7).
• Opportunity for further progression and leadership development.

• Background in Audio, Sound, Live Events, or similar.
• Looking for a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Management position.
• Commutes to Weybridge.
