Customer Service Administrator and Driver - Byfleet/New Haw| Full-time | £28,000 - £30,000

A well established business is looking for an organised Customer Service Administrator and Driver for a varied hybrid role combining office-based customer service/admin with regular local driving tasks.

This position suits someone who enjoys being on the go, can handle customers professionally, and is happy juggling office tasks with short local runs for deliveries/collections and straightforward on-site support tasks.

Key duties:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Logging requests accurately and updating customer details on the system
Chasing updates internally and keeping customers informed
General office admin: emails, documentation, record keeping and basic reporting
Regular local driving tasks including deliveries and collections
Completing straightforward on-site support tasks and feeding back updates to the office

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a customer service admin / office support role (busy environment)
Confident, calm communicator - good on the phone and by email
Organised and reliable with strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and happy driving locally as part of the role
