Hitchin Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) We are seeking a Personal Tax Assistant to join the tax team at a growing firm in Hitchin. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in tax, providing exposure to a diverse client base and the chance to work closely with senior team members.

Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the preparation of personal tax returns. Manage client information effectively. Support the Tax Director and Personal Tax Seniors with both compliance and advisory tasks. Progressively assume greater responsibility for managing your own portfolio of clients. Maintain high standards of work and contribute actively to the team's objectives. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Ideally ATT part-qualified or aspiring to start studying towards this qualification. Experience in a tax or accounting environment is essential. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Confident communicator with a proactive approach to learning and development.
