TPF Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading firm of chartered accountants in Weybridge who are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their growing team.

Are you a newly qualified or nearly qualified auditor looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with an impressive portfolio of clients, offering exposure to complex and high-value audits across a range of industries.

As an Audit Senior, you’ll take the lead on some of the firm’s larger and more complex audits, managing assignments from planning through to completion. You’ll oversee a team of 2–3 on site, ensuring the smooth delivery of audits for clients with turnovers of up to £100m, with many in the £10m–£50m range.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including FCA-regulated businesses, and will gain valuable experience in group reporting and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.

• Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with deadlines and standards
• Managing, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with complex group audits and multi-jurisdictional consolidations
• Working closely with partners and managers to provide exceptional client service

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified (finalist level also considered)
• Around 3–4 years’ experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
• Experience leading larger audits as the senior on site
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• FCA experience would be an advantage, though not essential
