Eine Einrichtung für berufliche Integration in Wetzikon sucht einen Job Coach (m/w) in Teilzeit (50%). Sie begleiten Lernende in ihrem Bewerbungsprozess, unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen und coachen Teilnehmende im ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Erwartet werden fundierte Erfahrungen im Job Coaching und sehr gute Kenntnisse des Arbeitsmarktes. Zudem sind Geduld und Empathie im Umgang mit Teilnehmenden erforderlich. Ein Führerschein der Kategorie B ist von Vorteil.
