Deutsche Bank intends to hire a multi‑asset execution trader to cover sophisticated UHNW clients and Family Offices. This individual should bring a distinguished track record in investment sales and/or trading within Wealth Management or IB Global Markets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of derivatives in at least one asset class (FX or Listed Equities) and should have had some exposure to trading Listed Equities and Fixed Income.

The candidate should be a close collaborator (as will work closely with the Investment Advisory and Relationship Management Teams at Deutsche Bank in Switzerland).

• Accepting & executing orders for sophisticated clients
• Recapping fills and booking trades
• Providing sophisticated clients with market commentary (and occasionally transactional advice - where applicable)
• Pricing Derivatives: OTC FX Options (spot/forwards/swap/light exotics/exotics) & Listed Equity Options
• Selling the trading capabilities of the bank internally to Relationship Managers (and occasionally external client prospects - alongside the Relationship Manager)
• Knowing/understanding the House View and preparing client‑ready ad‑hoc investment content / trade ideas in‑line with research
• Executing orders in all asset classes (FX, Equities, Fixed Income)
• Cross‑Selling Structured Solutions (e.g., Auto‑Callable Barrier Reverse Convertibles, Bonus Certificates, CLNs, Accumulators/Decumulators)
• Monitoring Client Positions (life‑cycle management: rolls/expiries/maturities)
• Monitoring Derivatives Trading lines (exposure, usage) and collaborating closely with market & credit risk teams
• Collaborating closely with Support Functions (e.g., Legal/Compliance), other key stakeholders, trading, and Investment Bank
• Achieving/Contributing to Capital Markets Revenue Targets

• Minimum 5 years in a client‑facing‑role (Investment Advisory or Sales Trading)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework (finance or economics)
• Experience in Wealth Management or IB Global Markets
• Strong knowledge of derivatives in at least one asset class (FX or Listed Equities)
• At least some experience trading Listed Equities or Fixed Income
• Strong technical knowledge of markets and ability to articulate complex market dynamics across various asset classes
• Strong team player - willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks
• Efficient worker with utmost precision even under pressure, error‑free and under own initiative
• Positive, outgoing, and open‑minded
• Basic understanding of Financial Promotion & Cross‑Border Rules
• Willingness to do all administrative tasks associated with trade execution - including issue management and liaising with back‑office and/or operations
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required. Other languages are beneficial (e.g. German)
• At the moment, desk covers European Market Hours 8am to 6pm Zurich Local Time (however, we are considering expanding to extended coverage into U.S. close). A willingness to work in rotating shifts for team to cover both Europe and U.S. hours is a plus (however, not required).
• Experience using the following systems are a plus – although not required (Avaloq, Bloomberg EMSX/TSOX)
