Sales And Marketing Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm

The Connecticut Team is seeking a Marketing and Sales Representative to support our promotional marketing campaigns and client expansion efforts.

This is an entry level, full time position designed for recent graduates and early career professionals interested in gaining hands on experience in marketing, brand promotion, and sales strategy.

• Assist in the execution of promotional marketing campaigns
• Represent national and regional client brands through in person marketing initiatives
• Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness and drive acquisition
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions
• Track campaign performance and contribute to growth reporting
• Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and goal oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team driven environment
• Must be able to commute to the Wethersfield office daily
