Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting activities and provide guidance to accounting staff while remaining hands-on with core accounting responsibilities. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accounting processes scale effectively as the company grows.

• Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities

• Support and participate in month-end and year-end close processes

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

• Assist with inventory and cost accounting activities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Partner with operations and finance leadership to resolve issues

• Help train, mentor, and develop accounting staff

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–6 years of accounting experience

• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals

• Experience with ERP systems and Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
