About the Job

As Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering sales targets, supporting the sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey from first enquiry to legal completion. This is a hands‑on, leadership‑focused role suited to someone who is commercially minded, customer‑centric and passionate about coaching high‑performing teams.

This opportunity could suit a Senior Sales Executive looking for a step up into Sales Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and coach Sales Executives to achieve reservation, exchange and completion targets.
  • Set objectives, monitor performance and hold team members accountable.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic sales plans.
  • Adopt a strong commercial approach to sales releases and deal structuring, aligned with market conditions.
  • Ensure the CRM system (Hub Spot) is accurately maintained, and customer communications are timely and consistent.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure plot progression and high‑quality customer experiences.
  • Oversee show home standards and sales office presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage escalated customer issues and take accountability for pre‑completion customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly sales reporting and key milestone meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and NHQB requirements.
  • Support succession planning and ongoing development of the Sales team.
About You
  • Experience in the new build housing sector is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Able to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels.
