Investment Sales Consultant – Wetherby
Office based, Monday–Friday.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and fast‑growing property investment business based in West Yorkshire
, working with high‑net‑worth investors across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing high‑value deals. You’ll be joining an established, energetic sales team in modern offices, working with warm inbound enquiries from qualified investors looking to place £100k+ into UK property opportunities.
This is a consultative, relationship‑led sales role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to investors.
- Manage inbound investor enquiries (no cold calling)
- Carry out detailed needs analysis to understand investment goals
- Qualify new investors and onboard them as active clients
- Present suitable investment opportunities via phone, email and proposals
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings across the UK where required
- Build long‑term relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with management to progress hot and warm leads
- Close deals with sophisticated private investors
Typical clients include medical professionals, bankers, entrepreneurs and other high‑net‑worth individuals.
What They’re Looking ForYou don’t need property experience, but you do need to be confident in sales and comfortable speaking with professional, financially savvy clients.
