School Cleaner

Goddard Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary School Cleaner to support a school in the Wetherby area, working 20 hours per week, 3:30pm to 7:30pm. This role is ideal for someone with cleaning or caretaking experience who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out general cleaning duties across the school site

* Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas

* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

* Following health and safety procedures

* Safe use of cleaning equipment and materials
Candidate Requirements

* Previous cleaning experience preferred

* Ability to work independently and reliably

* Good attention to detail

* Understanding of health and safety procedures
Safeguarding and DBS Requirements

* All applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

* This role involves working in a school environment
