Medical Director role with clinical and leadership responsibilities Schedule flexibility with 6-7 24-hour shifts per month True work-life balance with strong system support 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology coverage Collaboration with dedicated community OB/GYN backup CME access including simulation training and drills Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $328,000 - $383,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including:
