Maintenance Director

Overview

Maintenance Director (Full-time) at Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood, a Memory Care Assisted Living Community. The role is a working supervisor who leads the day-to-day plant operations within our senior living community.

• The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations.
• The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations.
• Knowledge of building service practices and procedures. Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in MA is preferred.
• Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation.
• Ability to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and family members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
