• PART‑TIME, 20 hours per week
• Pay rate: $23.79 per hour

• The Maintenance Assistant maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and our established policies and procedures.
• May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
• Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required. Painting experience a plus.
• English is required.
