SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist with eLearning Development and live training experience (either in person and/or virtual experience). This role is ideal for a candidate who can translate learning objectives into effective digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in eLearning authoring tools Articulate Storyline and Rise.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate training experiences virtually and in person
- Translate learning objectives, storyboards, and content outlines into effective digital learning experiences
- Build assessments, knowledge checks, scenarios, and interactions aligned to instructional goals
- Ensure courses are SCORM/xAPI compliant and function properly within LMS environments
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508) and inclusive design best practices
- Edit and integrate multimedia assets, including audio, video, graphics, and animations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers throughout the development lifecycle
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and manage multiple review and revision cycle
- Maintain documentation, file structures, and version control for development assets
- Proven experience developing eLearning for corporate, government, or educational audiences
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience publishing and supporting SCORM and/or xAPI content
- Working knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG, Section 508)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Creative problem-solver with a learner-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable to new tools, technologies, and project requirements
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first learning design
- Experience developing scenario-based learning, simulations, or video-based training
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Familiarity with agile or iterative development workflows
Full Time / Short-Term through the end of June 2026 with potential for extension/ Hybrid role - must have the ability to commute to Westwood, MA as needed.
