HR Director.

Location:

Onsite in Westwood, MA (5 days/week).

A manufacturing client is looking to hire an HR Director who can lead and manage HR policies & procedures, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding for exempt & non-exempt staff, compliance, benefits administration, and more.

• Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
• Lead recruiting strategy to ensure company is fully staffed & employees are retained
• Provide coaching to managers around employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
• Assess current training offerings and implement new training programs as needed
• Establish strong relationships with company leadership & managers

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including working with exempt & non-exempt employees
• Experience working in a small company environment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
