Overview
Randstad has partnered with an organization to assist with filling their open Sr. Human Resources Generalist opportunity. This role will start off temporary with potential to turn into a permanent opportunity. The position will support all HR functions with core dealings in compliance, employee relations/engagement, benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Human Resources experience, management experience.
Salary: $40 - $43 per hour

- Drive organizational readiness for the IPO process by ensuring rigorous compliance standards across multi-state jurisdictions and federal regulations.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and partner with management to navigate performance workflows, including PIPs, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
- Maintain expert-level proficiency across all HR functions—including Payroll, Benefits Administration, and LOA management—to provide seamless departmental coverage and support.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and lead employee engagement initiatives designed to strengthen company culture and long-term staff retention.
- Serve as a strategic partner to people managers, providing coaching on problem-solving, policy navigation, and best practices for managing diverse teams.
