Lifeworks, a nonprofit human service agency, provides adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities the opportunity to live engaged and meaningful lives. As a Clinician, you will meet with individuals in your geographic area, primarily providing direct counseling supports. Once relationships are established, telehealth appointments may be implemented. Candidates must have related or direct experience working with the community served.

• Crisis Intervention / Emergency Services

• Master’s Degree in Relevant Discipline, Training as a Clinician
• Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
• Masters of Social Work, Masters in Education (LMHC, and LICSW) are preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation
• Experience working with Individuals with /DD
• Valid Driver's License in the state you reside required
