Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Salary: $73,855

Responsibilities- Ensure individuals are healthy, safe, and well‑presented (help with dressing, grooming, cleanliness, and confidence in the community).
- Teach and support individuals with everyday skills based on their ISP goals, including:
- Basic academics
- Cooking and home skills
- Health and personal hygiene
- Social and leisure activities
- Communication skills
- Getting around the community
- Building self‑esteem
- Money management
- Communicate with family, friends, guardians, volunteers, and employers to keep support consistent.
- Help create, write, and present annual ISP plans and semi‑annual updates with the residential team and Director.
- Complete case management duties for all assigned residents.
- Support the Director by helping to hire new staff and providing input for annual staff evaluations.
- Supervise scheduling of direct‑care employees, including relief agency staff.
- Interview, hire, and manage CNA/HHA staff; plan, assign, and schedule coverage for planned and unplanned absences; appraise performance; discipline; address complaints; resolve problems.
- Ensure all staff understand and follow agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Attend team meetings, ISP meetings, trainings, and case conferences; help set agendas when needed.
- Provide transportation for individuals as needed.
- Provide on‑call support Monday‑through‑Friday to cover staffing needs.
- Perform other duties or work at different program locations as needed by the company.
- Experience working with Individuals with /DD.
- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university; related experience in Human Services preferred.
- Must be able to pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC, and driving background checks.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Valid MAP certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
