Lead Toddler Teacher (Full‑time, on‑site, Westwood, MA)
ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement daily developmentally‑appropriate lesson plans for toddlers, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Communicate closely with parents, collaborate with classroom teachers, and uphold a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and policies.
Qualifications- Experience in emergent curriculum and designing play‑based activities tailored for toddlers
- Passion for early childhood development
- Strong communication skills to foster relationships with children and families
- Lead toddler certified
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
