- Sr. Product Manager – Commercial Embedded Banking Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic product manager to lead our innovative Commercial Embedded Banking solution ERPConnect. As the driving force behind our product vision, and subject matter expert, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer service, and Fin Techs, you will scale the Commercial Embedded Banking capability for Citizens while driving continuous innovation & enhanced customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Risk, Legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory and security requirements.
Create compelling collateral and campaigns to promote product commercialization.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and excellence.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and prioritize feature requests to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, monitor industry advancements and technological trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Proven experience (8+ years) implementing online, mobile, embedded banking solutions, or API Banking.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies.
- Strong technical, influential, and strategic abilities to help drive the success of our enterprise initiatives.
- Direct knowledge of industry standards and best practices for open banking API product design, such as Open banking FDX, 2-legged and 3-legged OAuth, ERP Connectors, Account aggregators integrations, API authentication, authorization/entitlements, consent management, etc.
- Expertise in the delivery, market value, and industry position of a product area.
- Experience executing in layered, complex organizations with wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record of identifying and executing fintech partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of commercial banking product, operations, sales, service, and technical practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $199,000 per year, plus an opportunity…
