– Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and legibility
- Input data from hard copies into the digital system (RO reconciliation)
- Calculate materials or shop supply charges accurately
- Finalize retail prices including parts, fluids, labor, supplies, and taxes
- Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, high-energy attitude
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment
