We're known for our premium confections and outstanding customer experience—and we're proud of it. We’re currently hiring a Retail Store Manager for our Westport location. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the chocolate store
• Lead, train, and support retail staff
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience every day
• Maintain inventory and place orders as needed.
• Develop in-store strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• 3+ years of experience in retail customer service (required)
• 3+ year of retail management or team leadership experience (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable commute to Westport, CT or willingness to relocate

Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year. Salary negotiable based on experience.
