Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Structure and negotiate complex corporate transactions — including M&A, venture financings, private equity investments, and commercial agreements
  • Handle sophisticated real estate matters — from acquisitions/dispositions and development deals to leasing, financing, and joint ventures
  • Provide tax advice integrated with corporate and real estate transactions — ensuring compliant, strategic structuring for clients
  • Draft and review key documents — term sheets, purchase agreements, loan documents, partnership agreements, and tax opinions
  • Collaborate across practice groups — on multi-faceted deals involving financing, executive compensation, private funds, and high-net-worth planning to deliver comprehensive solutions
