Builder: AI & Systems Innovator

We didn't know what to call this role... but for now, we're calling it The Builder.

Dairy Boy is growing fast. Really fast. And we need someone who can build the infrastructure, systems, and intelligence layer underneath all of it.

This isn't an IT role. This isn't a traditional engineering role. This is something different.

The Builder is the person who looks at a fast-scaling company and sees every seam, every inefficiency, every opportunity to make it smarter. And then builds the solution — using AI, automation, integrations, custom tools, whatever it takes.

You report directly to the CEO. You work across the entire company. Every department, every system, every process. If something can be better, faster, or more intelligent — that's your job.

• Own our tech ecosystem — Shopify, Airtable, ERP, Google Workspace — and make everything talk to each other seamlessly
• Build automations, dashboards, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows that change how the team operates
• Identify inefficiencies across the business and solve them before anyone asks you to
• Evaluate, procure, and implement new platforms and systems
• Manage offshore development resources for larger builds
• Be the translation layer between business problems and technical solutions

• You've built things. Real things. And you can show us.
• You're in the top 1% of AI users — not casually using it, but deploying it in ways that fundamentally change how work gets done
• You understand how code works. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you can ship.
• You think in systems. You see how everything connects and you're obsessed with making it work better.
• You're high agency. You don't wait for a roadmap. You see the problem, build the fix, and move on.
• You've probably got a side project, a tool you've built, or a workflow that would genuinely impress us.

This is not a "keep the lights on" role. This is a "help build something extraordinary" role.
