Senior Accountant

A growing organization is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to support the monthly close and financial reporting process while assisting with technical accounting and compliance initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries
• Support financial reporting and footnote disclosures
• Perform variance analysis and analytical reviews
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate intercompany activity, including international entities
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements
• Support internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
• Perform additional accounting and reporting duties as needed

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Audit background preferred (public accounting experience a plus)
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
• 3–6 years of experience in public accounting and/or a public company or large corporate environment
• Exposure to financial reporting and audit processes preferred
