Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Journeyman Plumber – Direct Hire with Superior Skilled Trades
Location: Weston, WI (service area up to 40 miles)

Superior Skilled Trades is collaborating with a reputable plumbing company to bring a skilled Journeyman Plumber onto their expanding team. This position centers on both new builds and renovation work, providing consistent, year-round employment in a professional setting that values craftsmanship and reliability.

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will:

• Install and service plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects in full compliance with plumbing codes.

• Perform septic system installations for residential properties (previous experience is helpful but not required).

• Cut, assemble, solder, thread, and join PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping.

• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate, high-quality installations.

• Map out pipe routes, fixture locations, and wall/roof penetrations.

• Oversee all aspects of assigned jobs and work independently in the field.

• Keep your truck stocked with necessary materials and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience, specifically in construction environments.

• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License.

• Strong ability to read and apply blueprints.

• Comfortable working with all standard piping materials and installation processes.

• Capable of managing full job scopes without direct supervision.

• $41.25 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
