Provides direction to production workers assigned to his/her line.;
Trains all employees on how to safely operate machine/work line, to include cross-training and re-training, as necessary.;
Completes, accurately and on time, all paperwork required for production and FSQ (Food Safety Quality, e.g., batch sheets, first-piece check, packaged product forms).;
Recommends improvements that help eliminate downtime and reduce wasted time, motion, and resources.;
Completes process monitoring chart.
