Overview
The candidates should have Lync Unified Communications with Enterprise Voice. We are NOT looking for Exchange administrators with Lync on the side.
Qualifications- 3 years of supporting a complex Lync environment (2010 or better) with IM, conferencing and voice deployed
- Experience as a technical Lead
- Experience with Lync 2013
- Sonus SBC experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and experience in supporting technologies (AD, networking, etc.)
- Familiarity with Exchange Unified Messaging
- Proof of passing Lync exams
- 3-5 years of Windows experience
- Troubleshooting complex mixed signal and media environments
- Working cross-functionally (networking team, etc.)
- Cisco Call Manager a plus or similar call management systems
- Experience with Polycom phones (VVX)
- Integration with Polycom video infrastructure preferred
