Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Liver or Transplant care to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing liver or transplant-related treatments.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Liver/Transplant unit.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and evaluate responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of direct Liver/Transplant nursing experience OR Registered Nurse experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific as required).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required at the time of submission.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required at the time of submission.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – Must be obtained prior to start date.
