CVOR Surgical Technologist
Location: Weston, FL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

The facility is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist with strong Cardiac and Vascular OR experience. The clinician must be comfortable taking cardiac call and assisting with other surgical cases when no CVOR cases are scheduled.

• Guaranteed Hours:

  • 36 hours for 3x12s

  • 40 hours for 8s or 10s

• Weekend Requirement: To be discussed during the interview

• Minimum Experience: 18 months

• Preferred: 2–3 years

• Required Skills:

  • Strong CVOR experience

  • Strong vascular surgery experience

  • Ability to take cardiac call

  • Willingness to assist with non-cardiac cases as needed

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

• BLS: Required

• National Certification: NBSTSA and/or NCCT preferred (not required)

• Pending License: Not accepted

Call expectations are variable and subject to staffing needs

• Minimum: Approximately 6 call shifts per month

  • 1 weekday call

  • 2 weekend shifts (24-hour shifts)

• May increase to: Up to 10 shifts if short-staffed

• Floating Within Scope: Yes

• Floating to Sister Facilities: Yes
