Candidates must have:
 
* Full understanding of duties required for construction works.
 
* Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
 
* Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.
 
* Ability to work with others.
 
* Provide assistance to charge hand and other tradesman.
 
* CSCS Green
 
* Manual handling
Preferred
 
* CSCS or NPOR's Blue Skilled worker
 
* Driving licence
