Delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established, independent property business based in Weston-super-Mare, with nearly three decades of experience in sales and lettings. The business is known for bespoke marketing packages, extensive local knowledge, and delivering a first-class experience for clients and tenants.

This Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk position involves conducting comprehensive property inspections, inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections. Attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service are key to ensuring properties are accurately recorded and ready for tenants.

• Conduct inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections with precision
• Submit accurate, comprehensive reports on a right-first-time basis
• Build positive relationships with tenants during inspections
• Meet daily targets for both volume and quality of work
• Attend training and refresher sessions to maintain and develop skills

• Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight turn-around times
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Previous experience conducting property inventories, check-outs, and inspections ideal
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

• £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch)
• Training and refresher courses for professional development
