- We are红 seeking a motivated and compassionate Homeless Outreach Team Leader to lead a frontline outreach service supporting people who are rough sleeping or are at risk of rough sleeping. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the outreach service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently and safely.
