Paint Sprayer

Our Client, a busy Automotive vehicle accident repair group in Weston-super-Mare, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy Centre.

For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £45,000, OTE £50,000 and will work the hours of a 40‑hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

• Starting salary up to £45,000 per annum, pending experience.
• Additional time‑saving bonus scheme to increase earnings. Additional hours sold are paid half of your base salary.
• 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

• 40‑hour working week, Monday to Friday from the hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekends required.

• Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role.
• The ability to work to a high standard with an up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques.
• ATA would be beneficial.
• Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Self‑motivated and a good team player.
