The role will be office‑based, Monday – Friday, with a salary of £29,000 per year.

• Coach and motivate a small team of customer processing advisors.
• Drive engagement, efficiency and success of a team reporting into the contact centre manager.
• Take ownership of stock control, supplier relationships, and global coordination.
• Use data insights to solve problems and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver excellence.

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulated operations.
• A natural ability to energise and influence teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence in managing stock, suppliers, and workflow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tech‑savvy with Microsoft 365 proficiency.
