Specialist Hygiene Technician – Bristol

We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Bristol and Weston Super Mare areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Competitive salary package:
Basic salary of £25,591 per annum. Expected OTE: £33,000 per annum with bonus and commission schemes available.

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments including biohazard cleaning, flood damage cleanup, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level and silo cleaning.
• Work reactively in a fast‑paced business; adapt to weekly changes.
• Participate in an on‑call rota (typically twice a quarter).
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
